Our Technical Centre incorporates a mixture of small sided football games and skill building activities. These games and activities are designed to be enjoyable, while also helping players to develop their football technique, game understanding, and general movement and coordination skills.

The Technical Centre is a part of our FDP and Settlers Programmes, and players in those programmes train in the Technical Centre during the winter season.

about the programme

The Technical Centre provides players in our FDP and Settlers Programmes with a fun, well coached and professional training  environment to develop their football skills.

​

Players in the FDP programme train in the Technical Centre twice per week during the winter season. Players in the Settlers programme train once per week.

​

The FDP is available to players in grades 9 & 10.

​

The Settlers Programme is available to players in grades 11 & 12.

The cost of Techncial Centre trainings varies based on the programme that you're registered for (FDP or Settlers Programme). A full cost breakdown is below:

Term 1:

  • FDP: No cost

  • Settlers Programme: No cost

​

Terms 2 & 3: 

  • FDP: $400 for the programme

  • Settlers $200 for the programme


The programme fee pays towards:

  • Programme equipment, gear, & general

       expenses

  • Coach development & coach mentoring

  • Curriculum provision & development

  • Volunteer costs & support.

    • 9th & 10th Grade: Wednesday, 4.15-5.15pm

    • 11th & 12th Grade: Wednesday, 5.30-6.30pm

Terms 2 & 3:

  • Term 2 dates:

    • Start: Tuesday, May 3rd.

    • Finish: Thursday, July 7th.​

  • Term 3 dates:

    • Start: Tuesday, July 26th.

    • Finish: Thursday, September 29th.

  • Training times:

    • 9th & 10th Grade: 4.15-5.15pm, 
      Tuesdays​ & Thursdays

    • 11th & 12th Grade: 4.15-5.15pm, Tuesdays


No training on public holidays or school holidays
