what to bring

To make the most of your training, please bring:

  • PFC Training Kit or Appropriate Clothing: Comfortable and weather-appropriate for physical activity.

  • Football Boots

  • Shin Guards: For safety and injury prevention.

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated; ensure it’s filled before arrival.

  • Medical Supplies: Personal medications or first-aid items as needed. Inform the coach of any specific requirements.

spectator guidelines

We kindly ask all spectators to stay outside the turf area during training sessions. This helps create a focused environment where players can fully engage with the coaching and their teammates. By watching from outside the turf, you allow your child to build independence, develop confidence, and get the most out of their time on the field.

While we appreciate your support, maintaining this space ensures that players remain attentive, avoid distractions, and fully embrace the challenges of each session. Your encouragement from the sidelines is invaluable and contributes greatly to their overall experience.

Thank you for helping us create the best possible environment for all players to thrive!
