Football Development Programme (FDP)

Our Football Development Programme (FDP) is a team-based training programme that incorporates a mixture of small sided football games and skill building activities. These games and activities are designed to be enjoyable, while also helping players to develop their football technique, game understanding, and general movement and coordination skills.

about the programme

Our Football Development Programme (FDP) provides players with a fun, well coached and professional training environment to develop their football skills. The programme is team-based, so all players involved get the consistency of working with the same teammates and coaches throughout the year.

Players in the FDP train twice per week during the winter season, with sessions led by their volunteer coach. The session design and delivery is overseen by our Director of Junior Football.

The FDP is available to players in grades 9, 10, 11 & 12.
