Petone FC has an exciting opportunity for one or more up and coming content creator(s) to join our Award winning Social Media Team! In this role you’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager to produce a wide variety of content for the Petone FC digital & social media channels.
 

Enjoying a wide range of various tasks, your main duties and responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

• Producing engaging video and photographic content for distribution across the Petone FC social media channels

• Devising, planning, filming and editing regular and one-off video content for social media

• Planning and executing still photography in a range of settings on & off the field

• Assisting with the creation of graphics to be shared on the Petone FC social media channels. Including; matchday graphics, announcements, achievements etc. 
   

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following or have a desire to learn:

• Skills in end-to-end video production and still photography;

• A passion for visual storytelling

• Confidence using cameras, lighting and sound equipment

• Competent in Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop is a must, and skills in other Adobe Creative Suite programs is desirable

• Confidence using social media platforms to distribute digital content, in particular Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Twitter (X)

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• An interest in sport, particularly Football, would be advantageous.
